6. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
We are not currently VAT registered. If our VAT status changes, prices will reflect VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce Payments (powered by Stripe).
We do not store full payment card details.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.
8. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Cancellation Rights (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.
However, this right does not apply to:
Perishable goods
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
Items that deteriorate rapidly
To exercise your cancellation right (where applicable), you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
10. Returns and Refunds
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
