1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
2. Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase goods online, you have the right to cancel most items within 14 days of receiving them.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within 14 days of delivery.
Once cancellation is confirmed:
- You must return the goods within 14 days
- Goods must be unused and in original condition
- You are responsible for return postage costs (unless faulty)
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
3. Exceptions – Food & Consumable Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:
- Perishable goods
- Food items
- Herbs and botanicals
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
- Products that deteriorate rapidly
We cannot accept returns of food or consumable products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A faulty product
- An incorrect product
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
Where appropriate, we will offer:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect goods.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed:

If payment was made via card, refunds may take several working days to appear depending on your bank.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:
- Opened food products
- Opened herbal products
- Custom or specially ordered items
- Products damaged due to misuse
